RBR is a non-hierarchical organisation, where roles blend and everyone is expected to be a collaborative member of the RBR team. Individuals have different skill sets and at RBR we value diversity because it increases the company’s expertise and capabilities.
RBR recruits Research Analysts who are fluent in English and ideally speak at least one foreign language.
RBR’s core Research Analyst role is focused on international primary and secondary research, including surveys, executive interviews, data analysis and report writing. The role is varied as you will be involved in report writing, consulting, newsletter and conference activities. You will have significant individual responsibility, while working as part of larger project teams. As you build your career at RBR you will be given increased project management responsibility. You will acquire knowledge of the latest developments in retail banking and payments across Europe/worldwide plus a full range of research and consulting skills.
This role is ideal for candidates with 2-5 years of work experience (not necessarily in a related field) – this would perhaps be your second or third job. We are looking for motivated graduates able to work on their own and in small teams. You should have a good academic background, an understanding of research and analysis (experience with Excel is helpful but not essential) and fluent (native standard) written and spoken English. We focus on candidates who are interested in building their career at RBR over 2+ years with the company.
RBR does not have any vacancies at present, however if you feel that your skills match the above job description, please email a CV and covering letter to [email protected] so that we can consider your application when a position does arise.
