Teller Automation 2012

Teller Automation and Branch Cash Management

This event was held at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando Hotel in Florida, USA, in December 2011. Details for the next event we be published over the next few months, so please come back soon for more information.

An exclusive invitation-only seminar for retail bank executives with responsibility for branch design, operations or cash management.

The revival of the bank branch is leading to renewed investments in branch format and automation, as banks look to simultaneously enhance customer service and improve efficiency. Banks are looking to address key issues, such as the role of teller automation in new branch formats, and the use of teller cash recycling to enhance branch cash management.

Teller Automation and Branch Cash Management builds on the highly successful London seminar held in December 2010, and is the first event dedicated to this subject in the USA. The event will bring together senior executives from banks and industry suppliers for an exclusive two-day seminar, creating a forum where experiences, information and views can be exchanged in a friendly and professional environment. The event will centre on a high-quality speaker programme focused on best-practice case studies from leading banks.

Teller Automation and Branch Cash Management will provide industry suppliers unprecedented exposure to demonstrate thought leadership, enhance brand recognition and reputation, meet new business contacts face-to-face and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
